How does the ticket shop work?

If you still have a Key Card, this can be topped up in our online shop.
The VIP SKI PASS for the Ischgl/Samnaun ski area and the SILVRETTA SKI PASS (Galtür, Ischgl/Samnaun, Kappl, See) are available in the online ticket shop. Choose the ticket type, enter your e-mail address and your details, then pay using your preferred payment method. Upon purchase of tickets you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a QR code. Pick up your purchase at the ticket machines in Ischgl  (Silvrettabahn A1, 3-S Pardatschgrat A2, Fimbabahn A3) or at our cash desks in Ischgl by scanning the QR code from your mobile which is on the order confirmation sent to your email.

EXCEPTION – TOBOGGAN EVENING AND SUN.DOWNER TICKETS:
These tickets entitle you to direct access. At the cable car entrance, simply hold the barcode up to the reader provided and off you go.

What age regulations exist in the Ischgl/Samnaun?

    VIP Skipass under 10 year olds go free, if accompanied by adult
    SILVRETTA Skipass under 8 year olds go free, if accompanied by adult
  • OAP:
    from 65 years old (OAP's rate)
    from 80 years old (child's rate)
    DISABLED: Discount if 70 % reduction in earning capacity (Child’s rate).

Gift vouchers are also available at our ticket offices on site.
Please note the 3D-Secure procedure must be activated for credit and debit cards (‘Verified by Visa’ or ‘MasterCard SecureCode’).

For all payment options, your order will only be sent upon confirmation of receipt of payment. The order confirmation sent to you via e-mail is not your online ticket.

I’m having problems with the payment process. What now?

Please check the following:

  • Is the 3D-Secure procedure activated? This is a pre-requisite to be able to place an order.
  • Have you tried the Google Chrome browser? This has the least problems.
  • Have you checked your credit card payment limit?
  • We recommend releasing the 3D Securecode on a second device.

Do I have to state a specific date?

Yes, a validity day must be selected for all ski passes and cable car tickets; for multi-day tickets it is the validity period. 

When and where do I collect my tickets?

You can collect your ski ticket easily on site at one of the ticket collection machines at the Silvrettabahn A1 (without a ski pass deposit) and at the cash desk Silvrettabahn A1, 3-S Pardatschgrat A2 and Fimbabahn A3 (with a ski pass deposit of € 5.00).

Can I cancel my tickets?

It is NOT possible for ski passes to be cancelled.

What is meant by ‘Collection’ and ‘Pick-up’ ticket?

Upon purchase of a tickets you will receive a QR code by e-mail. This is to be scanned at one of our cash points or at a PICK-UP machine, then you will receive your own ticket.

What is meant by mobile ticket/print@home?

Upon purchase of a tickets you will receive a QR code by e-mail. This code can be scanned direct at the access turnstiles (digitally on your mobile, or as a print-out).

Can I purchase several tickets at the same time?

It is possible to purchase several lift tickets in one order.
The details of the lift tickets will be linked to your user account and stored there. When you next place an order, your Key Card number, name, etc. will already be stored.

Do I need a Key Card?

Your ski ticket will be stored on a contactless data medium. Usually this card is a Key Card. The Key Card is a card which enables convenient top-up (re-charge) from home in our online shop. For this reason we recommend you take your Key Card home with you and store it in your user account, so it can be ‘re-charged’ conveniently at home for your next skiing days. In Ischgl/Samnaun Key Cards are issued for a € 5 deposit. An exception are tickets issued from ticket machines. These tickets are issued without a deposit. Top-up not available.

How do I receive tickets ordered in the online ticket shop?

You can order your tickets conveniently from home in our online ticket shop. If you still have a Key Card at home, you can simply add this to your user account and top it up. No need to go to the cash point or the ticket machine. Otherwise, use the ‘pick-up’ function. You will receive a QR-code by e-mail which you can use to collect your ski passes on site at one of our ticket machines. It is of course also possible for ski passes to be collected at the cash points using the QR-Code.

Booking error: purchased the wrong date?

If you have made an error in your booking you will have to re-purchase.
An error in booking can be cancelled at a later time.
